We will need a flat base to install the kennel, either concrete or flags. It must be slightly larger than the kennel to allow for the overhang and space to install the kennel. We cannot install on grass or uneven surfaces. We require a clean area for our team to work on. When we install the kennel you will be asked to do an inspection. Any issues with the item must be raised before the team leaves. Please note we cannot cover the felt from storm damage. The product will need a coat of water repellent sealer.
