We are Timber Building Suppliers to trade and public all over the UK and Europe. We also supply Buildings to Local Authorities for Schools and Recreation Departments, and Bespoke Animal Housing to other Organisations such as West Midlands Safari Park. Our Kennels have also been supplied to HM Estates, to HM Prison Service, to the 2012 Olympic Park, to Woburn Abbey Estate and to the BBC on DIY SOS. All buildings are handmade at our West Midlands premises to the highest Standards, by skilled craftsmen, and using our own Profiles of Materials which are machined specifically to Garden Pleasure Specification.
All Materials are finished planed to a "Smooth" finish thereby ensuring that there is no rough-sawn surfaces anywhere. All Claddings are also machined to our own specification and are used throughout the buildings.

Examples of both Standard and Bespoke buildings can be seen at our website. All Garden Pleasure Buildings are manufactured using timber from suppliers accredited with purchasing entirely from renewable sources. All of our Kennels are available with Pressure Treated Claddings. This is initially a Green Colour and offers Long-Term Protection'but' does not mean that the colour will remain and you may later decide to change to colour to suit your requirements. Roofing is with 40Kg'Heavy' Polyester-Based Green Mineral Felt which generally has a Longer Life Expectancy than standard Shed Felting used by many manufacturers.
Each'Standard' Kennel Design has features which are specific to the structure. For example, sleeping area's have a Pedestrian Door Access of 19" width, and a Standard PopHole for dog access into the covered run area which is 24" tall and 16 width. Stabled Doors and Bespoke PopHole Sizes are available on request. All Kennel Floors come with a Polystyrene Insert beneath the top surface to assist creating an insulated surface for your dog. Windows in certain designs are 3mm Perspex and all Viewing Vents come with an internal Mesh Insert as shown. The Garden Pleasure Manufacturing System allows full flexibility in location of features so that you can'get creative' with any Bespoke Plans!! Just call to discuss your requirements. All Kennel Walls are built with 10mm Plastic Spacers beneath which ensures that timber components are raised from the ground and assist with washing down of run areas.

Base which is big enough to accommodate your building and please remember we manufacture the building in sections (ie panels) so we need unobstructed access to your garden. If a base is not yet available we can offer advice and some ideas about what can be done to achieve a suitable surface for your building. We offer certain base preperations but if you are unsure of what is appropriate for your building then by all means ask! Set out below are the specifications for our Standard Kennels. Wall Claddings - Ex 16 x 125mm Pressure Treated (Tanalised) ShipLap Cladding with 9mm Rebate to cope with expected board shrinkage when the building is outdoors (Finished 12.6mm or 1/2).

Roof Claddings - Ex 16 x 125 Tongue & Grooved ShipLap Claddings (Un-Treated) and used for added strength (Finished 12.6mm or 1/2). Ex 38 x 63mm PAR Framing (Finished 34mm x 57mm or 2 1/4" x 1 1/4") and Pressure Treated (Tanalised). Galvanised Steel Panel to front of Run Area with 5cm Bar Gap. All Kennel Sleeping Area Floors automatically come with a Polystyrene Insert beneath the surface for added Warmth. Door Furniture 12" Medium T Hinges and 4" 2A Padbolt (BZP) x 2 on all doors.
